Vincent Ku

Vincent  Ku, KBI Consultant, has over 25 years of experience in   training and development in the Insurance and Financial Services   Industry. Vincent has spent 3 years as Chief Agency Officer with TUNE Protect Malaysia. His career began in the training department at Hong Leong Assurance (HLA), where he gained experience in various life insurance functions, including agency training, recruitment, administration and support, strategic projects and training, as well as sales management. Later, he joined AXA, where he held several roles over 10 years, culminating as the Deputy Chief Agency Officer.

With understanding and wide-spread proficiency of the agency distribution channel,  Vincent provides experience, insight, knowledge and vision needed to equip the organizations to build strong leaders, agents and agency executives. His fundamental development style creates a learning environment conducive to yielding results. 

His certifications include the following: Certified Trainer for BAMC, Malaysian Insurance Institute, Certified Trainer for 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Franklin Covey, USA , Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Financial Planner (RFP), Certified Master Trainer for BAMC, Malaysian Insurance Institute, 

Vincent is fluent in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Hokkien and Hakka.  

He has been active in leadership at the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia.
