ChLDM, Chartered Learning and Development Manager, is the professional designation jointly awarded by Kinder Management Academy and Prime Learning Institute to practitioners, professionals and managers, who are responsible for developing, managing and delivering learning and development programs and activities for members of their respective organization, and have successfully completed the Learning and Development (LDM) Program and assignments. ALDM, Associate Learning and Development Manager, is awarded to learners who have completed any one of the three parts that make the full LDM Program. Current LDM designation holders are learning and development professionals, Insurance agency leaders, corporate officers, academic faculty, and voluntary trainers, from China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Thailand.
