Professional Patterns of Management - 21st Century. This course contains ten modules for your study. The program is built around ten systems of management.  Each module is divided into an overview and objective, key information (key concepts), testing your knowledge (assignments) and support information for your review (exhibits). 

PPM graduates can use CFFL (Chartered Financial Field Leader) as their designation.

    We are all very excited about PPM and how all the key concepts and tools can help agency leaders in their practices.

    We are in the process of running workshops and classes for this year and next, going in-depth into the three modules we have identified as key drivers for this year. It was in the Recruiting Winners Module that tools like the Agency Builder were developed.

    The Educating and Training Module has just ended and one of the projects was the leader's 'New Financial Planner Development Plan' for the first 90 days. Leaders found great value in this project.
    Some were awakened from the state of 'unconscious incompetence' to 'conscious incompetence'.

    We've also aligned the belief that only through a structured and systematic approach to agency management (the System is the solution), we can bring about productive, competent and confident producers in the agency force. Bottom-line, we like all leaders to live, walk and talk the 'Chief Aim 3 Ps'.

    We will be rolling out the Monitoring and Measuring workshop next. I'll be happy to share our successes as we progress.

    Indeed we are very happy to have brought in PPM to our company. The PPM is a journey to see the fruits of success through our Agency Leaders building confidence through competence. We are very encouraged and excited about our progress. Of course, Bill Moore has been a great help to us. His unselfish sharing is commendable. Together with his passion and enthusiasm, I am looking forward to bringing our managers to another level.

    Since 2009 KBI has been assisting [company] in training our Sales Managers which are responsible for the fast start and development of new agents. As of today (Dec 2010) the 100 SMs we already certified (PPM certification) have been producing very good results. On average, they increased new agent life production 20%. And they also increased 47% the life production of other agents which were assigned to them. Both KBI and Diego’s services are highly recommended.
